Use Evernote to save your ideas, things you see, and things you like. Once we have created an account and validated it, we can enter the workbench. To create a free Evernote account we need to go to and click on Create an Account. If we are more picky, we can create a different notebook keeping in mind the presentation structure that we plan to do. We can keep track of all the information we found on the Internet or other resources and save everything under our Evernote’s account. Here is where Evernote can be a very nice business and productivity software. Presentation Mode is a feature within Evernote that displays notes full screen and nicely formats them for a presentation style viewing experience. Maybe if we already are familiar with the presentation or someone else is in charge of designing it, that can make our job easier, but if we are in charge of designing the presentation then there is a huge research work involved before preparing the slides. We all know that designing a PowerPoint presentations requires lot of work and research. PowerPoint users or presenters can use this tool to keep all the research prior to the design of a PowerPoint presentation in one place.
